Description:
This issue (or a related one) has been a showstopper for Mentor's International
and it's been blocking the work of 4 GSOC interns. The full background of the

The gist of it is that responses to the PPI survey can't be retrieved after a
PPI survey has been submitted. This could or could not relate to the resources
being changed from mifos x to apache fineract.
