Just to add to what Isaac has said,

To cover the use cases for both Android and iOS or Whatever mobile devices
you are considering,

I think a little more work will have be done, the web App will need to be
converted to a Progressive Web App and modules like Manifest files,
Services Workers will have to be added together with comprehensive and
complete Responsive Design on the current fims web app to be adapted for
mobile.

This will make it easy to manage the same code base for different clients
and reduce maintenance cost.
