Sorry for the delay in replying.
I add the leading / to get http://172.16.238.2:8761/eureka/ and I still get
the same error.
Also, when I opened Eureka http://172.16.238.2:8761
<http://172.16.238.2:8761/eureka/> on my browser and I see the identity
microservice registered.
