Hey Santosh, You are a committer. You should have permissions to merge PR's unless you haven't followed the steps to link your github account to your Apache account.
Follow the instructions in these two links, and you should be able to merge PRs: https://gitbox.apache.org/setup/ https://github.com/settings/two_factor_authentication/configure If after you've followed those steps, you are still having difficulties, please file a ticket with INFRA.
