Right now we had been using the label, Volunteer/volunteer. Let's make sure if we do go with beginner/starte we tag those issues that have the volunteer label on them:
The public filter for the volunteer issues is located at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-726?filter=12341553 Let's make the filter with whatever label we choose more prominent from the website and wiki.
