Briefly this may help as a use case

   - A customer walks in a banking hall
   - Walks to a machine and selects a service from list of services and a
receipt is printed with token number from a dispensing machine
   - Sits and waits for his/her token number to be called from a token
   displaying screen.
   - A cashier/teller calls for a ticket when free and its displayed on LED
   screen in the waiting room
   - The customers proceeds to the counter and is served
   - when the cashier/teller finishes with the customers, that token is
marked as served and the cashier/teller can call for the next token
   available
   - When no tokens, a teller gets a response

Thanks
