We came across with some people trying to use Fineract as the core for P2P
lending, which I believe its absolutely possible and a very good adding to
Fineract capabilities.
For P2P lending you will require to handle the investor's investments and
borrower loans.
- On the borrower side, you have everything you need to manage it with
Fineract though the multiple loan functionalities available.
- On the investor side, you will be able to manage a lot of what is
needed
- With the saving accounts, you can track the investor deposits and
transactions
- You will need to add new functionality to deal with multiple
investments with multiple interest rates for each one of the multiple
investments.
Fineract will give you a base for a good start, and I am very interested in
following up this endeavor.
