Hi,

Here is a user manual for Fineract CN using fims web app:

What user are you currently using? operator? Create a new user and give it
all permissions and try again. Click on SHOW under the deposit account and
you should be able to see a screen which gives you possibilities to enable
a deposit account.

I hope this helps. I have not used Cn in a long time. But the user manual
should guide you.
