I have even tried appending the API endpoint to the local server instance. The GET Request was https://localhost:8443/fineract-provider/api/v1/clients?tenantIdentifier=default&pretty=true and also tried https://localhost:8443/fineract-provider/api/v1/ <https://localhost:8443/fineract-provider/api/v1/clients?tenantIdentifier=default&pretty=true> but was stucked with the same error everytime.
