Yes Ed, I think we need an Infra ticket. I searched and saw that other projects have been requesting such assistance from Infra as seen here: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-10160?jql=project%20%3D%20INFRA%20AND%20text%20~%20%22change%20notification%20email%22
