Hi,

During the past month, some effort was put into place to launch the credit
scorecard engine which we have been trying to bring to life for a while now.

In the past months, some work was put in place to drive the effort and it's
hosted at https://github.com/apache/fineract-credit-scorecard.

The project has some integrations with Fineract 1.x through a java SDK
client.

First there is a need for a dockerhub publication so it can be easily run
for those wishing to try to engine on the fly. In addition to me, I wished
to know if there is at least one other committer willing to be admin for
this repository. (Just one admin would be enough though but would be good
to an additional admin).

The second thing is jar publication. The Java client SDK was used to
integrate the engine with FIneract 1.x. On the PR (
https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1811), the jar is included into the
project root. I'm not sure how that goes into the way we do things here. I
was thinking maybe a hosted jar will be the way to go. Your opinion?

I started a ticket with INFRA about these 2 trends that could require some
your input: [INFRA-22234] Docker Hub and Maven Repo for Fineract Credit
Scorecard - ASF JIRA (apache.org)

Thanks,
Regards,
Nasser
