Thanks, Rahul and Aleks, I had the right versions Installed on my Windows 10 machine, Apparently, I was looking for the .war file at the old path ' *fineract-provider\build\libs*' instead of the new path ' *fineract-war\build\libs*' :)
I am still getting the same warnings, however, I am getting a 'BUILD SUCCESSFUL' message with proper .war file build.
