My 2 cents

This looks like a configuration that should not be allowed in the first
place.
Making all the Days working and selecting the  "*payment due on non-working
days*" drop-down is not a valid scenario.
 The "*payment due on non-working days*" drop-down should be disabled when
all the days are selected as working days.

If we are not selecting all day and selecting the "*payment due on
non-working days*" drop-down as "same day" then there should be a
warning message for the user. Also In  this case as well If it is going
into an infinite loop then it looks like but to me
