GSOC Query

Hi, my name is Madhur. I am an Android Developer and wanted to contribute
to Mifos mobile-cn and I have tried commenting on the opened issues also
but there was no response so could you please tell me that how should I
start contributing to this project ?
I also wanted to know that which projects will be included in GSOC 2023 ?
