Anjil, With the forthcoming 1.9 release, we have a much more reliable event framework incorporated into Fineract. The design of it has been documented at https://fineract.apache.org/docs/current/#_reliable_event_framework It's currently being used with ActiveMQ but can be used with Kafka as well.
