Hi, ... my apologies... didn't get around to fix all links in the release tool... I've adjusted the release steps a bit, because those that we had on file were creating some unnecessary problems in the release process.
The link you should be looking at: https://github.com/apache/fineract/tree/1.9.0 That's the release tag... in case you want to check it out locally already. Once we finalize the release (vote results, release distribution upload to Apache, release entry in Github, update website) you'll have more choices to get 1.9.0.
