All The Fineract project seeks participation from devs and contributors of all kinds.
You do NOT need to have a jira acct w Fineract to participate. I mention this as several GSOC prospects seem to be asking for that access. This is ok, but again, not required to become a “member” of the community. This listserv is the main way in which participation is recognized.
