Out of curiosity, why not use a CRM software (ex:- Odoo) for this instead of Fineract which is primarily meant for managing financial accounts? Existing and new features like this in upstream Fineract is/can leading/lead to more non-core technical debt & bugs which then become unnecessary discussion points (like managing addresses, families, relationships, non-financial verifications, broken UI for these backend features, other non-Fineract tools consuming these APIs, etc), etc and even lead to delayed releases of the core modules.
