DATA MIGRATION TOOL OR IMPORT TOOL

Hey team, does anyone know any data import tool or migration tool I can use
to migrate data from Mifos 18.03 to version 23.12.
I noticed that the one on the documentation is an older data importing tool
and requires me to downgrade from Java 17 to 8 due to its gradle version.
