James and I met again today. Same goals as yesterday, and we made more
progress.

Thanks again Aleks for very useful documentation! The automation (Fineract
Release Plugin) work looks good too, I haven't got around to trying it yet
though.

I worked on building the docs in the fineract-doc module locally, since we
both wanted that to make it easier to work with on that documentation. I'll
write about that in a separate email. James worked on gpg, svn, and truing
up JIRA issues with merged PRs.

Yesterday I mentioned updating the KEYS file. I see it in the ASF svn code
distribution repositories, so we should be able to update that file similar
to how we'll distribute the src & bin tarballs, checksums, and signatures.

I also updated https://github.com/meonkeys/fineract-asf-release-checklist ,
and we discussed it a bit. I don't believe the goal with 1.10.1 and 1.11
releases will be to strictly meet every ASF policy, but rather to do the
best we can and be transparent about any gaps.

Unclear if we'll be able to complete the 1.10.1 release before the
holidays, but we'll see how it goes.

( Side note: great to hear from Mifos+Fineract hero Michael Vorburger
today! 🦸 )
