Looks like the 1.10.1 release is properly mirrored across the ASF's CDN. Yay!

They assumed a temporary failure in the GH->ASF deploy notification mechanism and suggested pushing a commit with whitespace only. James did this and it worked. In the future we can check which commit of https://github.com/apache/fineract-site is deployed to https://fineract.apache.org at https://infra-reports.apache.org/#sitesource , and try the same "push any other commit" trick to get it working again if/when it fails.
