Just starting a thread here on the mailing list to open discussion about some asciidoc improvements I'm proposing.
Please see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-2170 and https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/4271 I think the changes are trivial and not controversial. Feedback welcome! Ah, there is one change I'm especially conflicted about that may be controversial: the one in fineract-doc/src/docs/en/colophon.adoc . To reduce sources of truth, I removed the list of authors and changes and instead said "just look at the git history". I'd really rather see everyone's names there and a succinct list of important changes, but I can't imagine it'll be meaningfully maintained. Not by me, at any rate. If we do have something there besides just a reference to where the real/best data live, much better (IMHO) would be to have something generate the contributors and changes lists, yes?
