ANNOUNCEMENT End of Life for 1.9 versions.
This is just to confirm that 1.9 is end of life. We will not be backporting fixes to it. This includes all CVEs (published security issues). Users are advised to upgrade to the latest version. At this time, that is 1.10.1.
