If my math is correct we still need, at a minimum, one more PMC member to download/compile/test and submit their binding +1 vote <https://www.apache.org/legal/release-policy.html#approving-a-release>. Just under an hour to go until the deadline. At this point I think even "Tested: PARTIAL" will be sufficient.
