Dear Team,

As we all know, many of us encounter recurring technical challenges in our
day-to-day work. Often, these issues may have already been solved by
others, yet the solutions remain scattered and not easily discoverable.
This creates a risk of “reinventing the wheel.”

I see this as an excellent opportunity for us to address the problem in a
structured way. By creating a *dedicated Stack Overflow Collective* (see:
https://stackoverflow.com/collectives), we can:

   -

Centralize solutions so that common issues are easier to find.
   -

Encourage contributions from our active community members as well as
   moderators.
   -

Provide a platform for our end users and customers to share their
   learnings and contribute upstream directly.
   -

Strengthen visibility of our project within the wider developer
ecosystem, attracting new contributors and collaborators.

This would not only reduce friction in solving problems but also foster a
stronger, more collaborative, and knowledge-driven community.

I believe setting up a Collective can be a significant step forward in
making our knowledge base more open, accessible, and impactful.

Looking forward to your thoughts and support on this initiative.

Thanks,
Kapil
