It has never been my intention to add any setup instructions regarding
the Mifos web app (nor in fact anything related to Mifos) to the
Fineract README. This was just the context in which I got aware of the
README issues. Sorry, if my post was unclear.
I will make a draft PR available in the coming days, so everyone can
comment on suggested changes before they get merged.

Please add suggestions and comments. The result will be much better, if

developers. Setting Fineract up for production is clearly not in the
scope of the README.
