Hi There is no issue probably here.
With bootRun running from console it will tell you Executing 98%, but the application is up and running. If there would be any issues, then it would stop immediately… You can check in the logs for: "Tomcat started on port… “ "Started ServerApplication in …" or scheduler / quartz related log entries… I hope it helps!
