Dear Community, I have been contributing to the Fineract repository and have identified an improvement for the fineract-provider that I would like to document via a JIRA ticket.
I attempted to create a JIRA account through the self-serve portal ( selfserve.apache.org), but the site is currently timing out. Could a PMC member please assist me in creating an account?
