Notifications for the new fineract-backoffice-ui repo

list (see attached) instead of the commits list
<https://lists.apache.org/[email protected]>.
I attempted to change this

hopefully my fix will work.
I'm guessing it was caused by a small mistake in the form at
https://gitbox.apache.org/boxer/?action=newrepo .
