Hi everyone, I'm *Kushwanth Masupalli*, a computer science student with a strong interest in *backend development and AI-driven systems*.
I have been exploring the *Apache Fineract* repository to understand its architecture and the way it powers digital financial platforms. I have experience building backend services using *Java and Spring Boot with a layered architecture (Controller, Service, Repository)* and designing *RESTful APIs* for scalable applications. Along with backend development, I also work on *AI/ML systems and data-driven applications*, and I’m interested in learning how large-scale open-source financial platforms are designed and maintained. I’m currently going through the documentation and codebase to better understand how different modules interact within Fineract. If there are *beginner-friendly issues, documentation improvements, or small starter tasks* that would be helpful for a new contributor, I would greatly appreciate any guidance from the community.
