Looks great to me! I'm going to start working on building the release <https://fineract.apache.org/docs/develop/#_step_6_create_distribution>, sharing progress in the release chat. Aman and Bharath have volunteered to assist (thank you both!)
We'll do a test build or two and see how it goes... usually the ATR <https://releases.apache.org/> finds a thing or two that needs adjusting. I'm going to rename the branch release/1.16.0. We haven't used a maintenance branch in the last two years while I've been doing this (since we're bascially just rolling releases and EOL'ing the previous one), but we can always create maintenance branches if/as necessary. Reminder that all commits on this release branch will eventually be merged to develop <https://fineract.apache.org/docs/develop/#_step_13_close_release_branch>.
