Hi James, all, I'd like to step up. Keeping it incremental, here's what I'm thinking:
- Scope: one entry a month for an initial three months (Nov–Jan), then we review and decide whether I continue or hand it off. - Role: finding authors, editing for style and content, and publishing per POSSE. - Platform: +1 to James on staying incremental. Posts go on the wiki's existing blog first, and we only build something dedicated on the site once we've got a few months of content. - Sources: write-ups from contributors (including past GSoC folks) and release highlights. - Quiet months: if a month looks empty, I'll put out a call for posts here on dev@ a couple of weeks ahead. If nothing comes in, we decide here whether to skip that month or run something shorter. Does this sound reasonable? Happy to adjust.
