1. Create and activate a client
2. Create and activated a savings account for the client, deposit some amount
in the account
3. Link the above savings account to a new loan application and Submit the
loan application, Don't approve, it close the loan.
4. Try to close the above savings account and check the Withdraw Balance
_Error
Closing savings account with id:11 is not allowed, since it is linked with one
of the active loans_
The same error is got if even the loan account is paid all and closed.
I think the cause is, when a loan account is closed, withdrawn, or rejected the
linked savings account remains linked.to the loan account hence this error.
This is very critical barrier
