Summary: Edit Center meeting is not working as expected

1. Create Center on 01 January 2016. Attache meeting from 01 January 2016 every
1 month.
2. Create a Group under that Center.
3. Create a Client under the above Group.
4. Submit new JLG Loan application for a client on 01 January 2016, Approve and
Disburse on the same date.
5. Writeoff the above JLG Loan.
5. Now Navigate back to the Center and click on the edit meeting page.
> Not able to modify the meeting date/Frequency displayed Internal server error.
> It should allow to modify the meeting Frequency (eg. from Monthly to Weekly)
> if there is no active loans are there, displays Internal server error
