Summary: addind a new tranche to an active loan is changing the
disbursement amount

ex:-
1.create a 1-tranche loan with loan product which supports more than 1 tranche
2.with proposed amount and approved amount = 5000 with 1 tranche of 2500
3. disburse that tranche
then disbursed amount will be 2500
4.now go to loan tranche details tab and add another tranche for 2500
then disbursed amount is getting changed to 5000 where it had to be only 2500
this effects the paid loans repayments. if it a interest recalculation loan
