Summary: Not able to Submit the loan application if multi tranche
is added and the "Expected disbursement on" field is left blank displays
internal server error

1. Create a simple loan product with multi tranche.
2. Click on Clients -> Client -> New Loan -> Select the above product -> Enter
submitted date as 01 March 2016 and Expected disbursement date as same. Select
2 tranches and for the first tranche enter the valid inputs and for the second
tranche add only amount and click on submit button.
> Displayed Internal server error.
