Summary: Not able to Prepay loan after waive charge/Penalty

1. Create a loan product with interest recalculation, specified due date charge
attached.
2. Submit new loan application for a client on 01 Jan 2015, add specified due
date charge on 14 Jan 2015, approve and disburse the loan.
3. Waive charge applied above.
4. Click on prepay and make prepay on 15 Jan 2015.
> Prepay loan page the amount displayed is not proper also after prepay the
> loan will not move to closed state.
