Summary: Specified due date charge applied and if the foreclosure
is done before that date then the charge should not get collected

1. Create a simple loan product with interest calculation as same as repayment,
principal 10000, ROI 12% pa, repaid every 1 month, declining balance. Create a
specified due date charge as Flat and amount as 100.
2. Submit new loan application for a client on 01 June 2016, approve and
disburse on same date, add specified due date charge on 20 June 2016.
3. Click on foreclosure and in Loan Foreclosure page change the date as 15 June
2016.
