1. Create a loan product with principal 10000, ROI 12% pa, repaid every 1
month, loan term 12 months, Tranche count as 2.
2. Submit new loan application for a client on 01 January 2016, first tranche
of 5000 on 01 January 2016 and amount as 5000, 2nd tranche on 01 March 2016.
3. Approve and disburse 1st tranche on 01 January 2016.
4. Foreclose the loan on 15 January 2016.
>Click on repayment schedule in which principal due for 15 January is
>displaying as 10000 and balance of loan as -5000.
