Summary: Periodic accrual should not get displayed after the date
of loan foreclosure

1. Create a loan product with principal 10000, ROI 12% pa, repaid every 1
month, loan term 12 months.
2. Submit new loan application for a client on 01 January 2016, and amount as
10000.
3. Approve and disburse on 01 January 2016.
4. Run periodic accrual scheduler job.
5. Foreclose the loan on 01 March 2016.
6. Click on the transactions page and uncheck the checkbox Hide accruals.
> After loan foreclosure the accrual transactions should not get displayed.but
> accruals are displaying for 01 April 2016, 01 May 2016, 01 June 2016, 21 June
> 2016 (Current system date)
