1. Create a loan product with principal 10000, ROI 12% pa, repaid every 1
month, loan term 12 months,
2. Submit new loan application for a client on 01 January 2016,
3. Approve and disburse on 01 January 2016.
4. Foreclose the loan on 15 January 2016.
