Summary: Time format entry in the datatable is accepting only
hour: minute and not the second format

1. Create the data table for a client with date and time format,
2. Click on the clients and click on the datable created above and make entry
for date and time format, for time format enter value in 12:12:12.and click on
the submit button.
> Error message displayed as bad request.
> It is accepting only in 12:12 (HH:MM)
