Adi, Stebbins, Innocent, Denis and the rest of the team at ICTPack have already used the self-service APIs to create their own hybrid self-service app powered by the Ionic framework and AngularJS.
Back-office staff create the user account for each client that needs self-service access. However, once that client has their user id, they are faced by the challenge of allowing self-service users to change their own password. Is there an API available that supports this?
