Resolution: Fixed
If Interest rate chart is not defined then need to define end date before
defining new interest rate chart. Eg. Valid From date is defined as 01October
2016 and no interest chart rate is defined. then edit the product and define
end date as same date. then define new interest rate chart date from 02 October
2016, then it allows to define new interest rate chart as it will not overlap
with the end date.
