Original Description:
1. Create a Savings product and assign it to a client on 01 July 2014 ->
Approve and activate the account on same date.
2. In Database - m_savings_account table enter date as 10 August 2014 in
start_interest_calculation_date column for the same account.
> After attaching the start interest calculation date application is not
> allowing to do any deposits and withdrawals (before and after start interest
> calculation date) displayed error message as "Savings account transaction
> incorrect start interest calculation date".
