Original Description:
In cash management, we need to allocate money to cashier before starting
transactions. however, using the mifosx 16.05.01 you can easilly make
transactions when there is no allocation or not enough money allocated without
any constraint... This is a critical organisational and security issue.
The net cash amount from teller should not be Negative.
