Summary: Issue with Foreclosure of Loan Account(variable
installment enabled)

steps to reproduce:
1. Create any loan product with variable installment(from 1 to 365 days)
2. Submit loan application with this loan product. Don't approve it.
3. Go to 'More' and click on 'Edit Repayment Schedule'. Edit first repayment
schedule date so that it falls on disbursement date.(Lets say 01 January 2015
is submitted date, first repayment date is 01 Feb 2015, let's edit this date
to 15 Jan 2015, ie.. disbursement date).
4. Approve the loan on 01 Jan 2015 and disburse it on 15 Jan 2015.
5. On Loan account page, Click on Foreclosure and select the foreclosure date
as 15 Jan 2015.
>> As Disbursement date is same as foreclosure date, there should not be any
>> interest on principal, but it is showing some amount of interest.
Check the attached files with this issue. Their numbers are in the order of
this process.
