disburse loan on 'Non-working Day'

1. Define Saturday and Sunday as Non-Working days( Organization>>Working Days)
2. Create a loan product with daily repayment.
3. Create a loan application for a client using this product with 'Submitted
on' date 01 Jan 2015 and 'Disbursement on' date 03 Jan 2015(Saturday).
>>while submitting the above loan application, it displays the error as
>>'error.msg.loanschedule.schedule.due.date.not.valid'.
The proper message should be displayed like, "Disbursement date should not be
non-working day"
