Hi Zayyad, Considering the fact that monitoring Loan Officers performance, your suggestion of making mandatory for 'Assign Staff' is really good. But in other scenarios, it is better to keep it as non-mandatory. Your second question, I don't think it is a bug. It gives the flexibility to choose Loan officer based on the requirement of specific purpose or avoid it.
