[Apache Fineract] Release Manager's public key trust path

Hi all,

 

I have started documenting "How to verify Apache Fineract releases". I found
that our public keys are not signed by anybody to have trust path. 

I request all Fineract committers to sign my public key to create the same.
You can import my public key from
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/fineract/KEYS.

My public key is 0BB29444
